Keith is originally from Rhode Island. His mother began working as a church camp cook the year he was born, so he literally grew up in a kitchen. His culinary journey has taken him around the world, cooking in the British Georgian Islands, Hawaii, Maine, and California. He was also a cook for 10 years on a cruise ship.
When he’s not in the kitchen, Keith enjoys diving, surfing, hiking, and camping with his wife. His experience, adventurous spirit, and love of food bring warmth and creativity to every meal he prepares.
